Order Processing
To ensure the highest quality and reduce waste, all wall stickers are made to order and printed by our professional printing partner in Europe. That way your stickers arrive vibrant, fresh, and full of magic! No big factory batches here.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

Flat Rate Shipping: €5.99 for all EU orders under €80

Free Shipping: on all EU orders over €80
Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Please note that occasional delivery delays can occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number(s).
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
TinyTails Stickers is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@tinytailsstickers.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will replace the damaged items at no additional cost.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the European Union.
We do not currently offer international shipping outside the EU.
